After five years of organizing a Summer ELSA Law School, we are really excited to share with you Winter ELSA Law Schools Oporto on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The event will take place in Oporto from February 5 - 12, 2023. During our event, participants will have the chance to witness how beautiful our coastal city is in winter as well.

Alternative dispute resolution is an emerging area of ​​great interest to the legal community and with the support of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, which is nationally and internationally recognized and highly prestigious, we aim to provide our participants with an in-depth approach to it. Lectures on different forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, practical activities such as negotiation and mediation competitions as well as the presence of some of the most relevant names in each field will make this WELS as academically enriching as possible.

At the same time, you will have the chance to visit Oporto, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, full of history and tradition, nice weather, and good food, which is the perfect setting for our social programme. From parties and karaoke to wine tasting and sightseeing, WELS Oporto on Alternative Dispute Resolution is the perfect place to spend your winter holidays and meet people from different cultures.
