ELSA Aix-Marseille presents the only Summer ELSA Law School in France !The acuteness of the terrorist threat and the emergence of new technologies are challenging the Law and aviation security Authorities. Bearing this in mind, ELSA Aix-Marseille decided to focus the second edition of its SLS Air Law & Terrorism on aviation security and safety.
This project grew out of a double desire : develop the offer of summer universities within ELSA by proposing a new topic, the aviation law, and promote the aeronautical industry of the South of France region.
From August the 26th to September the 2nd, we will sensitize you about the geopolitic of terrorism, the protection of territory with the dual aspect (civil & military) and fight against terrorism in the light of aviation security & safety.
Our Academic Programme will be led by academics from :

Two-way transfer from airport, bus, and train station - 15€
The academic program of this ELSA Summer Law school aims at fortifying broadmindedness, encouraging legal knowledge on the key topics of international, national and European aviation safety, security law and anti-terrorism efforts, performed by our local partners and international professionals and academics.
The main points will deal with the following subjects: Air law, Terrorism and counter-terror efforts, homeland and civilians safety, aspects of Air-force and Aerial system safety and international cooperation.
The program also includes Institutional visits and (an academic program related activity) for a greater fulfil of ELSA Summer Law School experience (legal knowledge diversity) .”
