Welcome to the third edition of ELSA Tbilisi Summer Law School of Intellectual Property Law! Do not miss the chance to find out more on Intellectual Property and expand your knowledge about the regulations on related issues.

Academic Programme

With a help of qualified lecturers and professionals the course will be oriented on international aspects of Intellectual Property Law and will include following topics:

  • Functions and Activities of World Intellectual Property Organizations
  • Trademarks and the scope of protection of design and registration procedures
  • Current Status, challenges and collective management of Copyright
  • Scope of protection of Geographical Indications

At the end of the week there will be given opportunity to visit Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency in order to find out more about innovations and their role in Modern Society.
