Join us for the 7th edition of Summer ELSA Law School Poznan to brush up on your cyber law and data protection knowledge, to experience amazing Polish cuisine and to meet friends from around the Europe!

You will be able to learn more about these subjects during the opening conference, workshops and a negotiation competition. You will have the opportunity to find out more about such topics as AI, data protection and IP law, with the help of expert practitioners and lawyers, understanding the relevance and the growing importance of these law fields in the modern age.

Academic Programme

The academic programme consists of over 20 hours of lectures and workshops focusing around the topic of Security in Cyberspace.

Just like in the previous editions of Summer ELSA Law School Poznan, the week- long event, begins with an International Conference, this year entitled “Digital footprint: violation of privacy or future opportunity”. During the conference participants will have a chance to discuss presented issues with practitioners and lawyers specialising in the matter.

In the following days (days 3 – 6) workshops will focus on the following subjects:

  • Cloud computing;
  • Future of the legal professions;
  • Data protection;
  • Crypto – currency and blockchains;
  • Intellectual property law;
  • Breach of cybersecurity – cybercrimes;
  • Artificial intelligence.

All of the academic activities will prepare you for the negotiation competition at the end of the week.
