WELS Brussels on New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Law

Description

ELSA Brussels is organising its seventh Winter ELSA Law School Brussels on New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Law, which will take place from February 21 - 28, 2027. This WELS will be held in Brussels, the heart of Europe and the capital of the Kingdom of Belgium. Get ready to discover one of Europe’s most vibrant and multicultural cities, home to the main institutions of the European Union!

Our WELS will give you the opportunity to study the impact of New Technologies and Artificial Intelligence on the legal field. Technology has always played an important role in the development of our society, with new technologies constantly transforming the way we live, work and practice law.

The focus of the Academic Programme lies in deepening the participants' legal knowledge of this topic by attending interesting lectures and institutional visits. Brussels has many institutions, firms and specialists in this area, which makes it the perfect place to explore the legal issues surrounding Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies.

Belgium is known for its rich history, diverse culture and unique traditions, and ELSA Brussels aims to give you a true taste of Belgian and Brussels life. You will have the opportunity to discover the historic centre of Brussels, taste Belgian specialities and chocolate, and explore the city and its surroundings. Our social programme will be filled with fun and interesting activities to hopefully make your week in Brussels unforgettable.
