Athens – International Investment Law
Our focus lies on deepening the legal knowledge of the participants. However, ELSA Athens will also offer cultural and social activities, such as visits to the city of Athens, visits to historic monuments and museums, as well as evening events and a taste of the Athenian night life . The Summer Law School will allow young lawyers to increase the size of their social network and evolve in an international environment while also expanding their mental horizons.
In view of the significant progress and changes made in the field of international investment law, ELSA Athens will provide students from all over the world the opportunity to learn from a group of experts from academia and legal practice. Our aim is for participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of international investment law and to be able to locate and compare the various approaches taken by investment arbitral tribunals while attaining a general overview of the subject matter of International Investment Law.
