ELSA Azerbaijan invites you to the 10th – jubilee edition of the Summer ELSA Law School, which is taking place from July 12 to July 19, 2026, in Baku. Throughout the week, you'll take part in engaging lectures, interactive workshops, and even a Moot Court Simulation, all designed to give you a solid understanding of Business Law and the issues shaping it today.

During the Academic Programme, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of essential Business Law concepts, beginning with the formation, registration, and legal aspects of business entities. They will also gain practical experience in Contract Law, focusing on effectively drafting and negotiating agreements. Additionally, participants will learn about the importance of Intellectual Property rights in protecting a business’s innovations and preserving its commercial value. The programme will cover critical topics such as Mergers and Acquisitions, providing deep insights into the legal and regulatory considerations involved, as well as Tax Law, focusing on corporate taxation, compliance, and strategic planning. Participants will also explore Alternative Dispute Resolution and litigation processes, gaining practical skills to resolve business conflicts effectively.
