ELSA Rijeka is proud to present you the 11th edition of our Summer ELSA Law School Rijeka on Diplomacy & Law, taking place in the period 20th July - 27th July 2025.
Proudly holding the title of the 2020 European Capital of Culture, the City of Rijeka is the largest Croatian port, the third largest Croatian city and a university and administrative centre. The city offers a rich gastronomic, cultural and entertainment programme, clean seawater and nice beaches while cherishing its tradition in various fields, in particular the carnival tradition and industrial heritage, like the torpedo launch station, part of the Torpedo Factory where the first torpedo was designed and produced.
The 11th edition of our Summer ELSA Law School is an incredible learning opportunity for young lawyers and law students interested in various topics related to diplomacy and law. Participants will be able to attend interesting and interactive lectures presented by lecturers specialised in various fields directly correlated with our topic of diplomacy and law, whilst also being able to experience cultural, social and night life of the City of Rijeka, following our rich social programme, upholding it with clean seawater and nice beaches, for your maximum summertime experience.

The academic programme is structured around two-hour lectures (per lecturer) delivered by renowned experts in the fields of diplomacy and law. The main purpose of these lectures is to introduce new topics for consideration and encourage participants to ask new questions. Towards the end of each lecture, time is allocated for participants to ask questions, and the lectures themselves are designed as discussions on the given topics.
