Hosted by ELSA Georgia in partnership with the Academician Levan Alexidze Foundation (www.laf.ge), this Winter ELSA Law School will explore one of the most pressing topics of our time. Armed conflicts, political crises, and persecution have forced millions of people to flee their homes. During the Academic Programme, we will probe strategic directions and legal solutions for addressing the needs of migrants, refugees, internally displaced, and stateless individuals.

This Winter ELSA Law School will provide you with an overview of the law applicable to asylum, border management and immigration, as well as fundamental human rights.
